Our experience with Anders Inc. has been truly unique.  From the moment we walked into their office, we were comfortable.  Anders Inc. is about honesty and integrity.  they want to build a beautiful home of quality, but more so, to make you happy.  They do this by instilling trust and always watching out for your best interest.  Often this means more effort, time and expense to them.  They always choose the high road, always do what is right.  Everything about the process from the Architectural creation by Dale, the design by Loren and the expedition by Alan has been efficient and focused.  We are always made to feel like we are their only customers.  They have promised a lot to us and have fulfilled every promise.  They are gifted in the creation and very direct in the delivery.  We rebuilt a lake home on an existing lot with beautiful mature trees and gardens.  Everything about our property has been respected and preserved.  Our new home has been erected with care and concern for the natural surroundings.  They have meticulously followed through on every aspect of the project and have been available to us for every question.  They have made the building process exciting, fun and very worthwhile.  There have been no nightmares, no surprises and no regrets.  When friends tell me that building was a horrifying event, I merely respond, "I guess you picked the wrong builder."  You should have chosen Architectural Homes by Anders.

Dale and Alan,

We wanted to let you know that we are thrilled with our new house.  We find it very pleasant and functional to live in.  Each room has an interesting focal point and just feels comfortable to be in.  We especially like how windows are used and placed to bring light into the house.  The only thing we would change is to make the garage a little larger.

The design and construction process turned out to be an enjoyable experience.  Whatever you said would happen, happened, when and how you said it would.  We know that it takes skill, experience and hard work to deliver that level of performance.  Thanks again for a stress free and fun building experience.

When people ask about what needs fixing under warranty, they really grill me, because they can't believe that it's just this trifle stuff on a house this big. JoAnn and I feel like we lucked out big time when I wandered into the office a couple of years ago. Thanks again to everyone!

When making the decision to build a home, one of the most critical decisions is who will build the house.  Building a house can be the realization of a dream or a nightmare. We chose Anders Inc. because of their reputation for quality, integrity, and honesty. Not one time did we worry about what was being done, if it was being done correctly, or if there were any problems, would they stand behind their work.  If building a house were this easy with all builders, more people would be building instead of buying!  If building again, I would not hesitate to use Anders Inc. again.
